Dr. Jamie L. McGinness is a Board certified dermatologist and Board certified and Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon in the Metro East Illinois area. Why is this important? Because it means that Dr. McGinness has conducted 1-2 years of additional study after his dermatology residency, in order to develop advanced skills in Mohs surgery, dermatopathology, and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Diana Vork is a Board Certified dermatologist, having completed her residency training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. As a Board Certified general dermatologist, she specializes in treating skin, hair, and nail problems in patients of all ages.

Dr. Jiasen Wang is a board certified dermatologist, having completed his residency training at the University of New Mexico Albuquerque. He is also a board certified and fellowship trained Mohs surgeon who trained under Dr. Richard Bennett in Santa Monica California. He will be serving patients with both general, surgical, and Mohs surgery needs.

Jackie McGinness is a Board Certified family nurse practitioner. She has had a diverse background including cardiac and medical intensive care units, family practice offices, research, and walk-in clinics. She will be providing general dermatology to patients in the Metro East area.

Jennifer Jouett is a Board Certified physician assistant. She was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri, and has been practicing as a physician assistant in the St. Louis area since 2010. Prior to joining Metro East Dermatology in 2020, Jen spent five years practicing dermatology in Missouri.

Jill Goeltz is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. With ten years of experience as a PA, Jill brings to Metro East Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center a strong background in both rheumatology and pediatrics. Jill has completed advanced training through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants becoming a Diplomate Fellow.

Neve Fielding is a Board Certified physician assistant. Originally from California, she joined the army as a result of 9/11 where she worked as a combat medic. During this time she completed two over seas tours in Iraq-at which time she completed her undergraduate degree. She attended the military's inservice physician assistant program in 2012 and graduated in 2015 with a Masters in physician assisant studies. Neve served as a battalion PA for 5th Engineer Battalion and interim PA for 35th Engineer Battalion at Fort Leonard Wood MO. She then worked in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and the basic training clinic at the general Leonard Wood Community Hospital . She medically retired from the army in 2017 which is when she began her careeer in dermatology. Neve lives in Columbia IL with his spouse, two children, and one dog. He joined the team of Metro East Dermatology in 2024. He sees patients in our main office (O'Fallon), Columbia and Red Bud, IL.
