Casey Wegener is a board certified physician assistant. She was born and raised in Mt. Zion, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and graduated with honors at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. She attended Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia where she graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Casey is a board certified physician assistant by the NCCPA. She has been practicing in dermatology in the St. Louis region since 2017.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and dog. She enjoys running, biking, and kayaking. Casey is a warmhearted, compassionate physician assistant who seeks to provide quality and compassionate care with the patient's best interest in mind.
